Tropicana Residence

The location made it easy to get to various amenities, and the apartment itself was roomy with a lovely terrace for meals. My family and I spent a weekend there in April 2024 and had a great time. I highly recommend it.

We had the three-room apartment. It was spacious, clean, and furnished with new pieces. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a changing table and baby bathtub in the bathroom. Highly recommended.

The apartment had new furnishings, though the outside facade looked old. There's a great 25 m pool, and the place is right by the main promenade, with its restaurants and shops. The beach is nearby, too, and the staff are friendly. A great vacation spot.

We stayed for a week on the eighth floor and had a great view over much of Lido degli Estensi. The residence is close to the Viale Carducci promenade and about 300 meters from the sea. It's pet-friendly, spotless, air-conditioned, and has free Wi-Fi throughout. The pool and nearby sun terrace were lovely. There isn't a restaurant on site, but you can cook and keep drinks in the fridge. A range of affiliated bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and pubs is only a few meters away, with different menus and prices. The lobby has vending machines for cold drinks and coffee. Parking costs a few euros per day. There's a laundry room with a coin-operated dryer on the top floor, plus bike rentals and excursions that can be arranged for routes in the valleys. Definitely worth it.
