The location is lovely and the room was clean. Dinner was basic, with little choice, and service was slow because there weren't many staff. Customer service needs work too, we waited a long time at reception for someone to show up.

We've stayed at the Sport Hotel for more than ten years around Epiphany, and the family-friendly atmosphere keeps bringing us back. The management is excellent, with real quality and professionalism. Breakfasts are tasty and generous, and the cuisine is excellent. It's right by the ski lifts and the Padola ski school, which is especially handy when holidaying with family or a group. Highly recommended for a high-altitude break. Well done, you deserve the praise.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and both service and cleanliness were excellent. Our room was spacious, and the ground-floor room and entrance looked lovely. Breakfast had a wide range of sweet and savory choices, while dinner included a vegetable buffet and was all very good. I booked through a Wonderbox package and was pleasantly surprised. The building looks a little dated, with a style that brings to mind hotels from the 1970s and 1980s, but we had a genuinely pleasant stay.

The food was excellent and plentiful, and the staff and owners were very kind and professional. The hotel was welcoming and very clean, with roomy, comfortable rooms. The furniture and fixtures are somewhat dated, but they work fine. We stayed for two days and had a great time. My only minor gripe is that breakfast doesn't offer much savory food for people who don't enjoy the usual sweet breakfast. Compared with the rest, that's a small thing. We'll be back.
