The Wi-Fi was so terrible that it became the worst part of an already awful stay. I'd booked 13 nights, but they put me in a room that seemed to have been made by temporarily turning a living room into one. The shower was cramped and the water pressure weak. Sound carried badly too: whenever doors to other rooms opened or shut, my room shook like there was an earthquake. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Andrea was attentive and always available, which helped make our stay feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with big rooms that each have their own distinctive decor. It was the best hotel of our whole 35-day trip around Europe. Thank you!
