Hostel Ostello Bello Firenze

The free food was a real help for students trying to travel without spending much on restaurants, and breakfast is available as a varied, good-quality buffet for 8/9€. We arrived after some trouble at another hostel and were welcomed like queens, with big smiles, respect, clear explanations of the perks, and genuine conversation. Everything felt well thought out, from the dorms to the room design, and it was clean. The staff were great, and the free glass was very welcome. I think all that good energy brought together great people, and we had some interesting conversations. Comfort, easy, quality. Recommended!

It's clean, sociable, and in a great spot. Meeting people felt easy without anyone pushing it. Andriy was incredibly helpful the whole time and made the place feel welcoming. I'd happily stay again.

Arianna was the real highlight. She was warm, helpful, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The hostel was clean, well cared for, and had a great vibe, so I'd absolutely return if I come back to Florence. Highly recommend! P.S. If you want eggs at breakfast, you might need to get there a little earlier :)

The blanket was dirty, and they only give you one sheet, so you still end up touching the blanket's dirty side. It was also very thin, so anyone who gets cold easily will freeze. The stay was miserable from the start: €175 for two nights in a four-bed dorm with a shared bathroom, and no shampoo or body wash. I had to spend €7 at the convenience store across the street, which seemed fully prepared for this. At that price, making my own bed felt ridiculous. There was a bar downstairs and it was extremely loud. A truly painful accommodation experience.
