It’s quiet and a little remote, which worked perfectly for a small retreat. Varese is close, Gavirate is next door, and there are plenty of things to do nearby. The host was super friendly, helped us plan a day trip, and put together an amazing breakfast. The room was clean and great value, and the bathroom was big and stunning. I’ll definitely book again!

Cinzia and her husband were incredibly kind and keen to make sure guests had what they needed. We had a chat, and they suggested places to visit nearby. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic and made us feel right at home. The room and bathroom were gorgeous, even better in person than in the photos, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We’ll definitely return in the warmer months. Thank you so much.

The lake view is spectacular, and the private pool is a real dream. This feels more like a luxury hotel than a B&B, with a warm but professional welcome and a comfortable, quiet room stocked with all sorts of extras, including water and “brutti ma buoni” pastries. Breakfast uses top quality products and has freshly made options like omelets and toast. The bathroom is enormous, and you can enjoy ion beauty treatments in the hot tub.
