The location was quiet, and the BnB itself was really nice. The shared kitchen was fully equipped, but for three people our room had just two cups and a couple of instant coffee packets. The bedding was still damp from being changed earlier that day, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

We only stayed one night, and the other guests were quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the room had a heater, and breakfast was delicious, well above the usual Italian standard. Our room had an unusual layout: a glass wall faced the reception, with curtains that still let some light in overnight. The private bathroom and toilet were on another level, reached by stairs. It worked out fine for us.

The room may have had ghosts, but they were polite and not very scary, Italian ghosts, I guess. It was a great stay in a beautiful old apartment building with high ceilings and a classy feel.

The host was wonderful and really helpful, and breakfast at the nearby pasticceria is a must. The place is fairly close to the city center, railway station, and lake. Hoping to come back next year.

There’s no breakfast at the property, and the toilet and shower are inside the bedroom. The small kitchen is useful for preparing food. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the lake, and I didn’t think it was good value for money. The €12 city tax was charged on top of the advertised rate.
