We were a larger group and everyone was happy with the stay. The location was great and made it easy to get around, the breakfast had plenty of variety, and everything went smoothly.

Just two minutes from the cathedral, the apartment is in a great spot. The owner was cheerful and welcoming, shared ideas for places to visit and eat, and served an excellent breakfast.

The spot is excellent, close to the old city, Duomo, and lake, as well as Como Lago station for trains to and from Milan. It's an interesting old building that's been renovated, with just three guest rooms and a really nice full breakfast. The downside is the stairs: the rooms are on the third floor with no lift, and there's another mezzanine level inside the room. There are no windows or balcony, only skylights, and the light woke me very early.

Breakfast was included and good, and the room had a loft for the main bed. We were on the top floor, so be aware there's no elevator. The A/C was a bit weak, but the skylights opened easily and helped cool the room. I'd recommend it for the novelty.

The host is as distinctive as his B&B. Antique furnishings alongside modern features like the bath and shower give the place a villa-like feel. It's a one of a kind setting, and breakfast was great, with fresh baked croissants and eggs.
