The bed was good, and the rooms were clean, modern, and cozy. The staff were excellent, breakfast was good, and the hotel seemed recently renovated. The room itself was comfortable, but the noise made sleeping more than horrible for me, and that's the one reason I wouldn't come back. Sleep quality is the most important thing to me in a hotel. You're right by a busy bus stop and a large roundabout, with cars, people, and frequent ambulances passing at all hours, including at night. The rooms have no real soundproofing, so you can also hear conversations next door. If you've already booked, bring earplugs or you're unlikely to sleep properly. If you're still deciding, I'd strongly advise against staying here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman at reception. Breakfast was amazing, and the rooms, though small, were neat and tidy. The bathrooms were clean and spacious enough, and the charging ports took USB-C plugs. There are vending machines with a good range of drinks, food, alcohol, electronics, and footwear. It was a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. The hotel is spacious and nice, and my room was well cleaned and tidy. The bathroom was nice too, though its cabin was a bit too narrow. I'd definitely recommend this place. It deserves more stars!

About 30 of our guests stayed at B&B Baradello while our organization held an event for around 250 people. They all said they'd had a delightful stay: the rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. As organizer, I want to thank the staff sincerely, especially Laura. We made lots of requests and sometimes mixed things up, but they stayed patient, understanding, and professional despite our shortcomings. We couldn't have managed without their valuable help. Working with them was a pleasure, and we'll definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking to house a group of guests in Como. Thanks for being so understanding. You were fantastic.

I felt very comfortable here throughout my stay. Jessica's warm smile and attention, along with İlayda's guidance and help during my trips, meant a lot. Ali and Laura were kind and patient too, and made everything even more enjoyable. I recommend this place with complete confidence. I'm going to miss you all so much 💛
