B&B Hotel Como Camerlata

The hotel was very clean and well laid out, and the staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming to everyone. Top marks to them. It's a little out of the way, but public transport is quick, frequent, reliable, easy to get, and very cheap. It's a short ride into Como or nearby villages, and the train to Milan takes about 35 minutes. A beautiful place to stay while exploring Como. For food in Como, I recommend the hidden gem vintage, and for cocktails, spirit. Both are worth visiting during your stay.

The room was filthy from top to bottom, and every room seemed to smell bad. There were holes in the ceiling and water leaking through it, while the walls and floor were dirty. I even found a towel with faeces on it, which is unacceptable and a serious health hazard. Staff were rude and indifferent, with no apology or care. This was the worst hotel stay of my life, a complete nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The walls were damaged, and some even had what looked like footprints or lip stains. The floors were marked with stains, though I couldn't tell what fluids had caused them. Every room smelled horrible. It's a place where not even someone paid for a night of company would want to sleep.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the price and location were good. But sound travels everywhere here. Traffic outside, people in the corridor, and guests in nearby rooms all made it hard to sleep. The balcony has no secure divider either, which affects both privacy and safety.
