The rooms were clean and comfortable, and getting around was easy with the station a short walk away and bus stops just outside. We had a great breakfast to wake up to, and our friendly hostess had helpful ideas about what to see. She spoke English really well, much better than my Italian, which I'm learning. We stayed in Italy in August of 2023 and would absolutely recommend it.

I had a confirmed booking for August 22-24, but when I arrived in Como after 10:30 pm, I found out the host had cancelled it at the last minute without offering another option. The doorbell at the property had also been switched off, so I was left outside with no way to get in. I ended up stranded in a foreign city in the middle of the night, taking another taxi and paying out of pocket for a different hotel. I've travelled often and stayed in properties around the world, but have never had such an unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I tried contacting the host the next day and was ignored. This was irresponsible and damages Booking.com's reputation. I strongly advise future guests to avoid the property entirely.

The room was spacious, spotless, and just like the online pictures, with lots of little amenities. The host was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was amazing, with a big variety and plenty to eat.

The room was spotless and had the feel of a hotel, and the host was super kind with the best advice for our trip. It's in a great spot, right in front of the bus stop for Como Center. Recommended!

The room and toilet were very clean, and the hosts made us feel at home. Breakfast tasted great, and the price was one of the best around the area. I'd definitely stay in the same place again.
