The front desk staff were friendly, and the location worked well, with a 24/7 supermarket nearby and the lake within walking distance. The rooms were spacious. We didn't use the extra blanket because it didn't look freshly washed, and there were some opened toiletries in the bathroom cabinet.

The host was kind enough to let us leave our luggage two hours before check-in, and we really appreciated it. My wife and I spent two days here. The place was much better than I expected: luxurious, spotless, in a safe area, with a beautiful view and close to everything.

We were right in central Como, so it was convenient to get around the city. The hotel was lovely and clean, with great service. The staff were so kind to my kids. I'd recommend it to any family staying in Como.

We've stayed at this hotel with our family during vacations for two years, and the earlier visits were good. This time, though, was a disappointment. We booked two apartments, and both had dust in several places, including under and on top of the bed, where a visible dust cobweb could be seen in the attached photo, and inside the air conditioning vents. We told the staff, but they only cleaned the areas that were easy to see, and dust was still left. It made the stay uncomfortable and fell short of what we expected from a place we'd returned to.

The staff were great, and the location was great too. There was an issue with parking. The apartment door had a minor malfunction that made the lock noisy, which was a problem at first, though it was later fixed. I also had to get trash bags for the bin myself from reception, which was a new experience for me.
