The apartment itself was okay, but the pool looked nothing like the photos. Its button foil was badly damaged, and it went uncleaned for the whole week. We contacted the service team several times. They kept saying the local team would sort it out, but nothing ever happened. The response felt arrogant, like they didn't care about their customers. Stay away from this dirty pool.

The balcony view was amazing, and we'd happily come back. It was a clean place for a family of up to four, with all the facilities we needed. Groceries and the lake were both within walking distance.

There was good, secure parking, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The furniture and appliances were also in excellent condition.

The apartment is practical, with a kitchen and washing machine, and the location is great. Shops are a five-minute walk away, and the lake boat dock takes about ten minutes to reach. The terrace has no table or parasol, which is a shame. The mattresses aren't very comfortable, especially the sofa bed. The underfloor air conditioning keeps the apartment cool, but also makes it quite humid.

The landlord/manager was very nice, and the apartment was clean, new, and stylish. It has a lovely balcony with mountain views, high-quality furniture and kitchen, and everything we needed. Absolutely recommend it!
