Ilaria was the friendliest host we've ever had, always ready with stories and tips and doing everything she could to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and the room was nicely decorated with fun gadgets. The B&B is within walking distance of both the historic center and the train station, handy if you might visit Milan. It's on the third floor, but manageable. My girlfriend was pregnant and handled the stairs too.

We only stayed one night, but Ilaria made it such an enjoyable visit with her warm, friendly welcome. She suggested great places to eat and walk nearby, and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. The B&B is conveniently located, a short walk from the old town. Thank you, and we hope to come again!

We had a lovely stay at Ilarias home with our 3-year-old. The room was thoughtfully arranged, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The host is clearly devoted to what she does and gave us exceptionally friendly, impeccable service. We'll surely visit again.

The location made it easy to get to everything important on foot, including the city center, lake, train station, parking, and shops. The B&B was cozy, tastefully decorated, and had what we needed. Our room was quiet and we felt safe there. Ilaria brought amazing energy and positivity, and knows Como and the surrounding area so well. She helped plan our trip with sightseeing and food tips, made reservations for us, and even called the train line to check whether they were striking. Keep doing what you're doing, Ilaria.
