Lake Panorama

We only stayed the first night because we had no real choice. The place was extremely outdated, and the photos seemed to be from years ago. It hadn't been renovated in what looked like 10-15 years. Kitchen utensils were hidden, and the coffee maker's water reservoir was so dirty we couldn't use it. The mattress was worn out and black with grime, with only a very thin sheet over it. I could feel the buttons against my skin. There was mold in the bathroom, too. A hot water boiler right beside the bed made a very loud noise whenever anyone in the building used hot water. It woke us at least five or six times that night. We'd sent a detailed email with lots of photos and got no acknowledgment, just silence. On the second day, while we were out, a cleaning crew came to deal with the bathroom mold. They used an extremely strong, toxic-smelling cleaner. When we returned, the smell was unbearable, and we had to leave straight away. We had to find somewhere else for New Year's Eve, when everything was fully booked, which was incredibly stressful. They refused a refund for the second night even though we didn't stay there. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction, only money. Never again.

My husband and I loved this place. The location felt like something out of a fairy tale, and it was super comfortable. The people running it were so welcoming. We'd highly recommend it.
