Palace Hotel

The Palace Hotel faces the lake, and the city center, restaurants, shops, and attractions are all within walking distance. We had a Lake view Room for three nights, with a spacious, comfortable interior and a beautiful view. There are two entrances and convenient on-site parking. Breakfast came with our booking. The selection was fairly light, but everything was fresh and tasty. Service was excellent throughout, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was on the first floor, and we always took the stairs when going out.

The reception team gave us helpful, professional guidance about Lake Como and the surrounding area, which made the trip easier and more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt friendly and welcoming. It's in a prime spot with lovely surroundings and easy access to the main attractions. Breakfast was good, and the latte was amazing. The gym could use a small upgrade, but we had a wonderful stay at Palace Hotel Lake Como and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

We arrived ahead of schedule, and our room was already ready, which made it easy to settle in after traveling. It was spacious, well equipped, and had a spectacular view. The hotel is well placed for getting around, and the ferry terminal is just across the road. Parking was simple too. The gym was a standout, modern and well maintained, and far better than you'd usually expect from a hotel. Staff were friendly and happy to help throughout our stay. One thing that could improve check-in: we weren't told where breakfast was served or where to find the gym, so we had to ask later. We had a fantastic stay at the Palace Hotel in Como and would gladly recommend it for its location, facilities, and welcoming feel.

Getting around Como is very easy from this beautiful, historic hotel in a perfect location. The staff treat you like family while keeping the professionalism you'd expect. Special thanks to the breakfast team and the concierge lads, who go out of their way to carry luggage and help people up and down the stairs, whether with a wheelchair or buggy. Don't let accessibility concerns put you off staying here. I'd give it 100 out of 100 and can't wait to return. Bravo, guys.
