Stefano made me feel welcome right away, with refreshments and a warm greeting. He was courteous, helpful, and always reachable by text. The place was clean and spacious, right in central Como, with reliably hot water. It was perfect for my stay, and I can’t wait to come back.

We arrived in Como early, and the hosts had the room ready ahead of time and helped bring our luggage up. It was clean, spacious, and right by the lake in downtown Como. Everything was exceptional.

We spent two nights here in August, and Stefano greeted us at the door, showed us around the building, and was available whenever we needed anything. The place is lovely and right on the lake, with restaurants and bars nearby. Bus, train, and ferry stations are all within easy walking distance. If we return to Como, we’ll book with Stefano again.

The location is excellent, right beside the lake with restaurants close by. There’s no parking, and you need to contact the host before arriving.

Stefano was a warm, welcoming host, and there was sparkling wine, Fanta, and bottled water waiting for us when we arrived. Our room had a lake view, a lovely large bathroom, and a really comfortable bed. The place has a cosy, old-world Italian charm and is close to Como’s sights and just a stone’s throw from the pier.
