Spazio 77 - the House of Travelers

It was easy to find, and the instructions for getting in without staff were very good. The place was nice generally, but some rooms that look like flats in the photos are just rooms with private bathrooms, which was confusing. There was only one roll of toilet paper for two people over four days. For the same price, you can find better options.

The self check-in was straightforward, and there are plenty of places to park nearby, though none are free. We could also make complimentary Nespresso coffee in the common area. The rooms were modern, stylish, and clean, with good wifi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. It suited our family with a small child well. The place is within walking distance of Como's city center and close to some very good cafes and restaurants. We had a very positive stay and can confidently recommend it.

The balcony view was a highlight, and getting around Como was easy with the lake and local sights just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment felt roomy and modern, and it was spotless. The kitchen had what I needed and the Wi-Fi was fast. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Spazio77 Hotel Apartments made for a really comfortable stay, and I’d happily recommend it.

The smooth check-in and excellent value made this a four-star stay for me. I got very clear directions beforehand, and dogs are welcome, which was great. The room was immaculately clean, with a modern bathroom. It’s under a 10-12 minute walk to Como city center and about 20 minutes to Como S Giovanni train station. A few things could be better: the bed, the slow internet in the room (under 5 MB, see pic), and the lack of blackout curtains, which would help in summer if you want to sleep late.
