Villa Infinity in Como

We booked Villa Infinity months ahead and had several conversations with the management over the following months. Then, at the last minute, they told us it was double booked and tried to make us cancel, even though we'd booked first. They offered no workable solution, then stopped responding. We only learned about the double booking because we asked about late check-out. If we hadn't followed up, we might have arrived to find there was no stay available. It's extremely frustrating trying to find a place for a big group this close to the trip, especially when Lake Como books up quickly, and this was supposed to be one of the easiest logistics in planning a wedding. We found the company completely unprofessional and do not recommend Villa Infinity unless you want a last-minute cancellation and no reply from management. They're now using bots to cover up our Google reviews, too.

The view is priceless, and the villa is absolutely exquisite. We don't want to leave the pool area!

A stunning villa, just five minutes from Como centre.

The beautiful view, sauna, gym, and kitchen with everything we needed were good points. We also appreciated the welcome kit and wine. Staff on chat were helpful, friendly, and super responsive. There were quite a few downsides, though. The rooms were small, the house was cold, and we woke with sore throats and had trouble falling asleep in the cool air. There was dirt and hair across the floor, stained interior walls, and cobwebs near the elevator. We found centipedes, and there was mold all over the garage and gym floor. It was awful to see the walls so stained in a house that should be a gem for the price. The place needs maintenance to keep its standards, or the price feels too high. We'd confirmed we were checking out by 10:00 AM, but at 9:15, while loading the car, the cleaning staff raised the garage gate. We never expected that, and it frightened us and made us feel unwelcome.
