We had booked a family room at Appartamenti Volta for a 10-day August holiday with our children and expected a nice stay. Then, a month before we were due to arrive, they told us the baby bed wasn’t available and we couldn’t stay in the room. They simply asked us to cancel, with no compensation. Nobody called us, and the staff kept writing to ask us to cancel without explaining anything further. Their policy clearly doesn’t seem family or child friendly. I wouldn’t recommend staying there with a baby or young children.
