A lovely little farm, with good food and a nice place to stay.
Such a lovely stay surrounded by peace and nature. Breakfast with a view, and they had fresh eggs from the happy hens and gluten-free food for me because of my intolerances. I slept really well. No Wi-Fi and barely any signal, which made things feel so peaceful. Thanks to Miki, her family, and all the animals for being so kind.
We spent two nights in the little wooden “igloo,” and it was a fun change from the usual place. It’s a new, unusual setup, small but warm and welcoming. The shower was quite tiny, though we managed given the room’s size. Breakfast was simple, plentiful, and very good. Mrs. Michela and her husband were genuinely kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. We’d recommend it if you’re after a different kind of stay.
Giulio the cat got especially attached to us, and the other animals were friendly too. We spent one night in the wooden “igloo” at Country House Rugiada, which was small but warm and welcoming. The view was breathtaking, the bed extremely comfortable, and breakfast was spectacular and high quality. They also accommodated my girlfriend’s gluten-free request because she has a gluten intolerance. The staff were kind and helpful with what we asked for. We’ll be back very soon!
The rooms are nice and clean, though the garden outside is a little chaotic. Mrs. Michela is incredibly kind and helpful, and she’s great with breakfast and dinner too. The value for money is hard to beat. I’ll come back whenever I can. It’s a fantastic stop for us riders, with space for horses as well. ❤️
