The staff were the highlight: locals who know the city and are extremely helpful, easily five-star plus. The hotel itself is a pleasant three-star place in a beautiful part of Conegliano, though it can be a little hard to find. The facilities feel somewhat dated but are well maintained. My room was well serviced, with crisp sheets, though the bed could have been more comfortable. Wi-Fi also felt dated and was hit or miss. All in all, a pleasant place.

We felt welcome here, thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large, and the bathrooms modern and cleaned to a good standard. There’s plenty of free parking on site. It’s an easy walk to the town center along a very quiet road. Shutters on the windows helped ensure a good night’s sleep, and air conditioning was essential in the Italian summer heat. We did need to call reception to get the remote control for it.

The pool was refreshing, and there’s a useful room for storing bikes. It’s an easy walk to the town center from this lovely hotel on a hill in an opulent neighborhood. The building is old, but very well kept, and I enjoyed seeing some of the grand old-style architecture. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, and for me a welcome change from the hedonistic gorging that’s easy to fall into in Italy. I slept well in the comfortable bed with cool A/C.

A friendly hotel with a great pool and gardens. The Italian breakfast was hearty, and the espresso was excellent and very reasonably priced. The rooms stayed very hot until the air conditioning came on after a few hours. Still, it’s a great base for exploring the Prosecco road.

A comfortable room with good AC, and the pool made for a lovely weekend. A pleasant stay.
