Even with the hotel under renovation, I’m confident it’ll be a wonderful place to stay once the work is done. The staff made a strong impression on me: they were attentive and professional, and always greeted me with a smile. A special thank you to all of them for their caring service.

The beds were comfortable, but little else felt up to four-star standards. The rooms were very small, and the old bathroom felt unclean. I also couldn't get breakfast because nothing was left and the food hadn't been replenished. I left disappointed and hope management makes significant improvements.

The bathroom was the worst part, with so much mold in the shower that I felt it was just hanging around, waiting to grow legs and leave. We booked a family room, but it was only four beds in one room, with nowhere to sit, no closet, just one hanger, and not even a kettle, which I’d expect in a four-star hotel. The fridge was frozen inside, too. The hotel itself isn't bad, and it's close to the city center. The reception ladies were nice and the beds were quite comfy, but that's it. Definitely not a four-star hotel. Nope, never again.

The shower doors had come off track and were jammed, apparently because of poor maintenance. My mother couldn't open one, slipped, and ended up in the hospital with seven stitches in her head. The manager offered no help. The next day, she was upset that I'd left the dog alone while I went to the hospital to help my mother.
