The garden was a great place to hang out, with a stunning view across the Italian countryside. The drive up the mountain was beautiful too, and the owner greeted us when we arrived and showed us around, though we felt the tour could have been a bit shorter. The facilities were available and in good condition. After that, things went downhill. At 4 p.m., the breakfast table was already set with meat and cheese for the next morning, which we found pretty off-putting. The room wasn’t suitable for four people, and the extra bed they pulled out was very poor quality. The mattresses weren’t good either. The place could use some tidying up and renovation to meet the standard of a good bed and breakfast. In our view, the stay wasn’t worth the money.

The staff were really friendly, and the place was nice and comfortable. We went with friends on holiday last week and found the price for the quality very good. I’d recommend it to everyone.

We spent three nights here with our group of friends for New Year’s. It worked well for us: there was plenty of space in the common room, several bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a lovely garden with a great view. The staff were kind and helpful.

The view really is beautiful, but the place seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned since 1876. Every room smelled awful. It felt like legalized theft, and places like this should be shut down. We didn’t even dare try breakfast. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. Keeping a place like this for guests is completely disrespectful. Sleep in your car instead.

The owner wasn’t welcoming, and breakfast, which was supposed to be included, simply wasn’t there. The rooms were shabby and oddly furnished, with dirty sheets and bathrooms in terrible shape, some not working at all. There was no real cleanliness. This stay was a nightmare and one to forget. I’ll never return, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting even a little comfort or respect for guests.
