Chiara first quoted me a price on Booking, then cancelled my reservation. After that, she assured me four rooms were available. I confirmed them on WhatsApp, as she wanted to handle it there, but a little later she said they were no longer available. I called and messaged her, but she stopped replying. It was a waste of time and an inappropriate, childish way to behave. I found her unreliable and unable to do this kind of work. Avoid.

We only stayed two days, but the little villa had everything for cooking and eating independently, plus a large private terrace. It was spotless, well stocked, and everything worked. The owner greeted us warmly, professionally, and with a sense of humor. The property was easy to find and well placed between the nearby town centers, so it worked well for cultural outings and recreation. If you want a simple, clean, reasonably priced holiday, with plenty of fun, I’d recommend it. We’ll definitely be back. Excellent stay!

I’d been persuaded by the earlier reviews, but the dirt and other usual problems were there. It may be down to unreliable collaborators rather than the owner, but I can’t recommend it.

It’s clean, and the staff are friendly. The apartment is easy to find and well located for getting to either coast.
