I've known the owners for 28 years, and their courtesy hasn't changed. I've stayed here twice for six months at a time, and I never tire of coming back. The place feels peaceful and harmonious, with a quiet, almost shy kind of beauty. The apartments are well kept and equipped, making it easy to feel both at home and on holiday. Autumn and winter have their own charm, with fireplaces burning and mist over the fields. If you find something missing, the owners are always helpful and attentive. One small detail: the apartments have coffee machines with excellent pods, and the coffee is delicious.

The village is tucked away from the crowds, with a shop, bakery, bistro, and café just a kilometer away. It's a great starting point for seeing Umbria, with the mountains, lake, Assisi, and even Rome within reach. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the house has everything you need. We loved relaxing or eating in the garden, which offers lovely shade, and the pool was a real comfort on a hot summer day. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Anna's place ❤️

Anna and Lamberto were so hospitable and helpful. When I had a quick question about my mattress, they brought me a new one half an hour later. The apartment has every amenity you could need, and despite the last 50 meters being gravel, getting there worked fine with my walker and was accessible for people with disabilities. What a beautiful place for a holiday, highly recommended ❣️

La Colombaia was clean, spacious, comfortable, and warm. The place itself is charming and full of history, which Lamberto tells beautifully.
