B&B Mary Grace

The private balcony is a lovely feature, with a partial view of the sea and a bistro set for coffee or snacks. The doors have adjustable blinds that darken the room well, and built-in screens keep bugs out when they're open. The bathroom is nice and has a hair dryer, a good shower, and plenty of hot water, though it's a little narrow for two people. The shower shelf was barely attached and needs fixing; it should be moved to the opposite corner so tall people don't hit it. I knocked it with my shoulder several times, which may explain why it was so loose. The bed is very comfortable, but it's tucked under the wardrobe cabinets, so there's no nightstand or easy place to plug in your phone. I opened the wardrobe door and used the shelf and nearby wall outlet. There are plenty of towels and hangers. The AC/heat unit works well, though it's a little noisy at night. This is a very good, clean B&B. There weren't breakfast snacks, but we could make coffee, tea, or water, and they left us tickets for a cappuccino and pastry each at a nearby bar. We used them without a problem, though the bar was a little hard to find, about a 5 min walk past the Fire Station. We never met the owners or anyone in person, but they answered calls and texts. They asked us to leave the money and keys on the room desk, which made me a little uncomfortable. I assume they received the money, since we never heard back. It's a nice place, if a little impersonal. Hopefully they'll fix the downstairs keybox so collecting the keys feels safer.
