Residenza Andrea e Benedetta

What made my stay in Schiavonea so good was the owner. She was kind, attentive, and always there when we needed something, and we built a lovely relationship of trust over the six months I stayed. The residence itself is welcoming and well cared for, with the comforts you need whether you're staying briefly or for a long time. It's in a peaceful area, close to the sea and just a few steps from the town's main amenities. I'd recommend it for a quiet break or a work stay. Definitely worth trying! :)

Stefania made sure we had what we needed throughout our 10-day stay, and breakfast at the bar was included each day. The Andrea Residence is just a short distance from the sea, which was really convenient. Our room felt new, clean, and welcoming, with a kitchenette, bed linens, and a washing machine. I'd happily recommend it.

I came across the Andrea and Benedetta residence by chance, and now I've returned for a second year. Whenever I'm back in Schiavonea, this is where I'll stay. It's clean and welcoming, and so close to the sea. Stefania is such a kind, thoughtful person.

The owner was very helpful and clearly cared about her guests, and the shared areas were kept clean all the time. We also appreciated how clear and transparent the booking was: we arranged it by phone after seeing the Google reviews, then got the official details by email. Her request for a GreenPass or swab test before entering felt reassuring and appropriate. We stayed in the first-floor two-room apartment during our 2021 vacation. It was clean and comfortable, with good beds and excellent air conditioning. The seafront is nearby, with both public and private beaches, and the sea was gorgeous.
