Living Hotel

The noise from renovations beside our room was unbearable. We had booked a “connecting room,” meaning two rooms linked internally, and only found out on arrival that the available one was next to the renovation area. After a day we asked to move, but the management staff were very unfriendly. The replacement they offered was worse: instead of two large beds and two bathrooms, it had one large bed, one child’s bed, and just one bathroom. The rude manager refunded us only a couple of euros. They should have told us in advance that renovations were taking place next to the room we booked, or offered meaningful compensation. This was an unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t come back, and would suggest finding another hotel in Milan’s suburbs.

We had a great stay. The room was roomy, clean, and cosy, and we could park right outside it for free. Breakfast choices were limited, which was the one downside. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Thank you.

I paid for my mini toy poodle’s stay, and she’s calm, very clean, and doesn’t bark. I’d hoped to sit by the pool and read with her on my lap, but they wouldn’t let me bring her in. I can only have her in the room, not with me elsewhere in the property. If I’d known beforehand, I wouldn’t have stayed. I travel a lot in Italy and am used to hotels being very dog friendly. Also, you can hear absolutely everything from the adjoining rooms.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas, a kitchenette for tea and coffee, and a mountain view. There was plenty of wardrobe space for our things. We also enjoyed the wide range of fresh breakfast options and the consistently friendly staff. The hotel has a 24-hour gym and a seasonal pool that opens in May. The amenities suited us well.
