The service was friendly and attentive throughout, which helped make this a really memorable meal. We found the restaurant through Google Gemini while looking for a highly rated lunch in the €30-40 per person range, and it turned out to be a fantastic find. I had the Spaghetti Mancini and my boyfriend chose the lamb tortellini. Both were full of flavor, nicely presented, and cooked perfectly al dente. You could tell a lot of care went into the ingredients and preparation. For dessert, he got the refreshing lemon sorbet, while I took our waitress's suggestion and tried vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil. That combination was creative and balanced, and easily one of the most unique, delicious desserts I've ever had. This hidden gem was one of the highlights of our trip. We'd happily make a detour to eat here again, and we'll return next time we're near Bolzano.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and from the start the service was outstanding. The facilities were excellent, everything looked beautiful, and the restaurant was lovely and inviting. We skipped dinner there on our first night in Bolzano because we wanted to explore the city. At breakfast the next morning, the team noticed it was my wife's birthday and surprised her with tiramisu and a candle. It was such a thoughtful, elegant gesture, and we really appreciated it. That kindness made the stay memorable. Thank you for making that moment special.

This is just a restaurant review. The meat was pretty good and the sides were excellent, but the place felt a bit tacky. People were vaping beside us in the closed dining space, and we could smell it throughout the meal. Talking to the waiters didn't help. I wouldn't come back.

The restaurant next door was fantastic, and this made a great stop for two days. The wellness area was lovely, with an unheated pool. Rooms were modern and clean, though the beds felt very hard to me. The hotel is only a few hundred metres from the highway, but somehow the river seems to keep the noise from being a problem.

We booked dinner in advance and had a great meal and experience. The room was clean and well organized, and the spa amenities were lovely. The staff were pleasant and helpful. A very good stay.
