We had to find another room nearby so we could make our early departure the next day. The apartment didn't match its online description at all: the front door was completely shattered, and the place looked worn compared with the photos. It's not somewhere you want to stay. We'd booked it for an overnight stop near the airport using Booking.com, which has usually worked well for us. I wish this place had been like the pictures and reviews, because the location would have suited us. Most reviews were over a year old, and choosing based on those was my mistake. There was no misunderstanding about the condition. It was the worst place I've ever booked through Booking.com.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. What really stood out was how welcoming they were: after I missed a connecting flight from Milano, I booked Mango and Pistacchio at the last minute. I was running late, but they stayed past their usual check-in time for me. When I mentioned I hadn't eaten much that day and asked if they had a snack, I had some food within five minutes. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Just message the host before you check in. The room was cute, the host was really nice, and it's close to the airport. I'd come back.

The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the place is welcoming and fully equipped. Families could stay here too. There's a bus stop and parking right across the street, and the airport and seaplane base are only a short distance away. Public transport will get you to the city center.
