📣 It was very hot, and the air conditioning wasn’t working 🥵. I called reception three times, and they came to try to fix it, but it still didn’t work. I spent the whole day and night there without any cooling. Breakfast was good, though 😊.

The hotel and especially the room were very clean. Public transport is close, about a 3-5 minute walk, though it takes 50 minutes to reach Milan city center by transit. Juan Raul and Philip both gave great customer service.

Breakfast was plentiful and very nice, with self-service for everything except hot drinks. The hotel was extremely clean and really nice. It’s on a side road, which is a shame, since I think they could charge three times what we paid if it were in a better location. Excellent 👌

Our flight was delayed by 7 hours, but the very friendly staff still welcomed us at 2am with the same courtesy. The room was fairly good, though it smelled of stale smoke when we arrived and took a night with the windows open to clear. Breakfast was better than expected, especially the croissants. All in all, a good experience.

Hotel Kristall in the Corsico area of Milan is a nice 3 star hotel, with decent breakfast and spacious rooms. Getting around by public transport can be a hassle if you’re from outside the EU, since it’s on the outskirts of Milan.
