I can only speak to the bar. It’s nicely furnished, with a grand piano that you can play on request. Staff are accommodating and the prices seem fair for a hotel of this calibre. The hotel is nice and right in the centre of cortina. I’d recommend the bar and will be back. 5 stars.

The team at the Grand Savoia always makes for a great stay. Staff are warm and friendly, and the lodgings, service, food, and drinks are all of the highest standards. It’s in the heart of one of the Alps’ most beautiful towns, just a little outside the busy pedestrian area, so you avoid the noise. The location feels perfect to me. Highly recommend.

The spa is a major reason to stay here. After a long day outdoors, the heated indoor pool and wellness areas are warm and restorative, a great reset before dinner or after skiing. It’s a beautiful, iconic hotel for travelers seeking a central base, luxury, and a top-tier spa. Factor in the spa and breakfast as part of the grand-hotel experience.

We stopped by for drinks and loved the design and atmosphere. A pianist was playing live, and I had one of the best bottles of wine. Leon served us: knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, he went out of his way to make the visit memorable. Great location, and I’d come back to stay here.
