The staff were kind and attentive, and the room was comfortable and pleasant. We stayed over a long holiday weekend and had a good experience. Getting around was easy because the hotel is close to the train station. Breakfast was the one weak point, with few options.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel Colombia is also handy for transport, restaurants, and shops. I had a wonderful stay in Milano and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

For a couple on a short visit, I thought the room size was just right, though it is quite small. Milano Centrale is only a short walk away, and there are a few halal places nearby, mostly kebab, pizza, and fried chicken. Highly recommended.

2/10
Our five-day trip ended a night early, and the hotel refused to refund the final night, citing its policy. Then my husband missed his flight and came back to the hotel, but despite the room being paid for and booked, they said he could no longer use it. That was shocking and unreasonable. The rooms were old and cramped, barely comfortable for two. The night receptionist was rude and unhelpful from the start. Between the inflexible management, poor service, and bad value, our stay at Hotel Colombia was truly disappointing. There are better options nearby.

The price was fair, and the service was kind. Nice hotel, though my room was a bit small.
