The staff were very good and the hotel was nice, but Friday night was a problem. The party was so loud, especially the bass, that it was hard to get a calm night's sleep. If they improve the soundproofing, that might change things, but for now I'd avoid staying here on a Friday if you want a quiet night.

Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both great, and breakfast set us up nicely for a day of hiking. The room was clean and relaxing, with gorgeous views from the balcony. Check-in was easy, and the staff were super helpful. A beautiful hotel in Cortina.

The family brought such great energy to this amazing hotel. The food was excellent too, especially the cotoletta, tartar, and sweets. Best hotel in Cortina!

The rooms at Ciasa Lorenzi were super cosy, and the location and views were amazing. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it for a visit to Cortina.

We struggled to get noticed in an almost empty restaurant. When we finally caught the waitress's attention, she took our menu away without even saying good day. The salad was €20, too. Maybe the hotel service is different, but the restaurant service deserves an even lower rating. Never again.
