The apartment was clean and fairly standard, almost in the center of Cortina. The kitchen equipment was usable, though there was no microwave, and the WiFi worked. The living room was roomy, with a sofa and a large dining table. I wouldn’t put seven adults here: there’s one small bathroom and one larger one with a window. Six adults maximum, and fewer would be better. Children are fine. We enjoyed the holiday despite weather that wasn’t completely azzuro. Evening walks into Cortina were romantic, and restaurant prices were a bit higher but had no surprises. Communication with the agency was accurate and good. No problems. We’d definitely ski in Cortina again and would book Casanova Apartment again too.

The place looked old and a bit scary from the outside. They were renovating, and I hadn’t known about it beforehand. The stair carpet was old and there was no light there. In the kitchen there was only an oven, with no microwave or dishes, forks, knives, or spoons. Bathroom water kept coming and going, and stopped while we were showering. I couldn’t find a WiFi network.

The living room was nice, and the place had what we needed, including a clothes washer, dishwasher, and electric heater in the kitchen. Just one thing: the online photos use wide-angle lenses, so the rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures.

We expected to be able to cook for ourselves in a self-catering apartment, but the oven barely worked, the extractor fan was broken, and the kitchen had very little equipment. There was no WiFi either. With poor support from the stayincortina agency, it made for a disappointing stay.
