My wife and I went to Agriturismo I Cedri last fall, though I'm only getting around to writing this now. The hosts were genial, but we wouldn't return. We paid more based on the reviews, and the place didn't live up to what we'd expected. The breakfast choices could use more thought: for all five days, the selection was limited and unchanged, and the food felt monotonous, so the value wasn't there. It's quite remote, with no surrounding town within walking distance, so you have to drive everywhere. Finding it was difficult too, because the long, winding road isn't signed well. The place was very quiet for a couple of days, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay. There's nothing interesting to do on site, and mosquitoes made it impossible to sit outside in the evenings. The pool was closed for the off season but still full of water, which made it a mosquito farm. The rooms had little to no air conditioning, and what was there didn't work properly. There were no screens on the doors or windows, so the mosquitoes were a frequent annoyance.

A narrow road leads up to the house, and although there are iCedri signs, their dark brown color makes them hard to spot. There's no mobile signal, so bring insect repellent. The studio doesn't have storage for clothes. The place feels like an oasis, very peaceful, with birds singing all day and trees and greenery in every direction. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great, and everything was perfectly clean. Breakfast was generous, with very nice coffee, and the hosts were kind. Tyson the dog was a good buddy. Wi-Fi worked throughout the property, even for video calls.

The stay felt so warm and welcoming. We had peaceful green hills and lovely views around us, while Cortona and other towns in Tuscany and Umbria were still close by. Our apartment was roomy, modern, spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The family hosting us were lovely and always ready to help. I’d happily come back.

We all loved our stay, and the breakfast was a favorite. The rooms were modern and very clean, with comfortable beds, and the hosts were so friendly. It was lovely and quiet around the property. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

The tiramisu was great, and breakfast was delicious. We also had stylish, comfortable apartments and such pleasant, kind hosts. It’s a wonderful place to stay, quiet and lovely.
