Casa Marta

It was quiet, close to everything, and had the best view around. The prices were the best we found for a bed-and-breakfast-style stay. They treated us like family and even served a gourmet meal on our last night at no extra charge. There’s no air conditioning, and they don’t speak English, only Spanish and Italian.

The location is fantastic, with a great view over the central town. You can get here by taxi or bus from the train station. The rest of the review is hard to make out, but it seems to describe the place as old style and high class, and recommends staying here.

Casa Kita is set in an enchanting location, but Osvaldo and Jonatan are what make it special. Their warm, genuine welcome, easy smiles, and one-of-a-kind personalities made us feel at home right away, and even turned a conversation into a memorable moment. The house is cozy, full of character, and cared for down to the details, with a beautiful landscape all around. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully made, a lovely start to the day. A great choice if you want a stay with real warmth, personality, and a little magic.

Casa Kita is only 200 meters from Cortona’s historic center, and I found the rooms comfortable and lovely, decorated in the owners’ beautiful, distinctive style. The welcome was warm. Breakfast on the terrace was superb, with a breathtaking view. One evening, finishing my wine outdoors in the night breeze and enjoying the company made the stay especially relaxing. I’d happily stay at Casa Kita again. Thanks to Jonathan and Osvaldo.
