The guest wife, Frederica, is wonderful. The location is superb for exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

The pool and its surroundings are amazing, peaceful, and quaint. It’s a beautiful spot at a great price, and I’ll definitely come back for a holiday.

The team were incredibly friendly, and the houses are very clean and well kept. I especially liked the large green garden and pool area, which can be used until October. We’d expected an active agriturismo, perhaps among olive groves or vineyards, or on a working farm. Instead, it feels more like an outpost of that kind of business: a beautiful house with a big green area, but no agricultural setting. The property is right by a main road, with a fertilizer factory (?) behind it, so there’s unfortunately constant noise.

The apartment was conveniently located and had a simple but functional Italian Airbnb feel. The kitchen had a few basics, and little things like shampoo and shower caps in the bathroom were nice. Unfortunately, there was noticeable mold in the bathroom and on several walls in the master bedroom. The whole apartment smelled strongly damp and musty, which made our stay uncomfortable. We wanted to leave, but couldn’t find anything nearby with a crib readily available. We were offered a different apartment, but it couldn’t accommodate the number of people in our group. It’s right beside a busy street and quite noisy. We could hear traffic and every sound from the upstairs neighbors, including footsteps, full conversations, and chairs being moved. I’d recommend one of Federica’s other apartments to avoid this one next to the road.
