Le Caselle 26 in Cortona

The garden was enormous, almost like a park, with plenty of places to sit, and the pool was roomy enough for a crowd. We used the outdoor kitchen and barbecue every evening, and the pizza oven was great. The kitchen inside was large and well equipped, with lots of fridges. The house has a simple interior but loads of space, plenty of bathrooms, and enough privacy for each family even with several families staying. We paid extra for daily kitchen cleaning, and it was worth it. The air conditioning didn’t do much in the middle of summer, though it was still okay. We also found some woodworms and a few pests in the old furniture, which wasn’t nice. The agency was really poor at communicating before the trip, and we were worried the house might not even exist. It’s a great typical Tuscan house, though.
