The rooms have a rustic style with modern updates, and the beds were comfortable. The location is ideal in Cortona, just a 30-second walk from the main street's shops, restaurants and wine bars. I'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast was delicious and generous, with both sweet and savory options and local products. The place was clean, attractive and welcoming, and Signora Antonella was kind and helpful. It's right in the center of Cortona. Highly recommended.

The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. It's a quiet spot in Cortona's historic center, about 200-300 meters from the gate in the old walls, though you can't reach it by car. There's breakfast but no restaurant. My room had no TV, and there are only a few rooms. Staff are there in the morning for breakfast; otherwise, you need to call.

We had a perfect stay. The host was incredibly kind, and our room in this 18th-century building was roomy, comfortable and spotless.
