Rent in Tuscany Cortona Deluxe

We had a magnificent stay at Villa Magnolia, and the villa was spacious, comfortable, and set in beautiful surroundings. Its pool and hot tubs made it easy to relax, and the chefs used fresh herbs and fruit from the property in our meals. Federica arranged a cooking class at the villa, a chef-prepared meal, a Montepulciano wine tour, and a walking tour of Cortona. We loved all of them. Angela, Federica, Gianluca, and the rest of Rent In Tuscany were wonderful to work with. We first planned to come in 2020, then moved the trip to 2021 and 2022 because of COVID. A Lufthansa pilot strike then kept us from arriving on our planned date in 2022. Luckily, another cancellation meant they could shift our arrival by a week, and we were so fortunate they could fit us in. Finding the villa on the first drive was tricky because Google Maps wasn't quite right, but we eventually made it. We'd highly recommend the villa and Rent In Tuscany if you're visiting the area.

I liked the staff in person, but after this stay I won't use the company again. At check-in I expected a shower, but found only a tub. A few minutes after I turned on the water, it began leaking from underneath and flooded the bathroom floor. I called the number in the room several times without an answer, then emailed and got a reply within 20 minutes. They brought towels and left, with no plumber and no help cleaning up. The next morning, when I asked for an update, they suggested I'd sprayed water onto the floor with the tub sprayer. I tested it by running the water without getting into the tub, and it again poured out from underneath. I stayed three days and never had a usable tub because no plumber came to fix it. After checkout, they accused me of breaking a handrail in the building, far from the unit entrance, in a building with many units.

Unbelievable, amazing. I highly recommend it.
