Charlie's drinks at the bar and breakfast in the morning were outstanding. The owner seems to have thought of everything, the building is well designed, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff are lovely. Thanks to everyone, we hope to return soon!

We chose this hotel for a spontaneous night and were very impressed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and keen to help. We also found the adults-only spa beautifully designed and truly peaceful. It matched its description, with no children allowed, unlike some other places in the area where we encountered different interpretations. The town is stunning in summer, and the hotel was a perfect choice. We enjoyed both and hope to come back in winter for ski season.

The views were beautiful, and the pool, sauna, and cozy wellness area made Hotel Arkadia a great place for a holiday in any season. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. It’s ideally located near the ski area and shops, with good parking, too. A big thanks to Federika at reception for the warm welcome and helpful tips. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

The Alpine room with its private sauna is highly recommended. Service was amazing without feeling overbearing, and the hotel sits right across from two gondolas, making it a perfect base for hiking trips. High quality gastronomy, saunas, and the gym rounded out a great escape in the Dolomites.
