The hotel and rooms were large and lovely, with good facilities in the rooms. It was calm and quiet, which we really needed during a long tour. Breakfast was a very good buffet, with lots of dishes laid out artistically in the restaurant. In autumn, walking outside in the morning was especially refreshing and enchanting, with tree lined avenues full of leaves about to fall.

The smell in the hotel was awful, and the rooms smelled too. Breakfast was paid for, but there was barely anything to eat: a piece of stale salami and cheese, plus hard, stale bread. When we asked them to at least boil an egg, they frowned and looked angry. A real disgrace of a hotel!

A comfortable, friendly hotel with excellent service. It's in a beautiful, very safe spot for relaxing strolls, and also well placed for reaching tour destinations around Tuscany.

There was no heat in the room because it was broken, and the manager's answer was to hand us a blanket. He was rude and unhelpful. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

My room was on the sixth floor and had a lovely view. The hotel was nice and quiet, everything was set up well, and I enjoyed my stay. I'd definitely recommend it 👌
