The location is excellent, and the woman who runs the place is kind. Parking was the one real plus for us, and we picked it for that reason. We couldn't change places on the second day of our stay. The bathroom has nowhere to set things down, whether by the sink, in the shower, or elsewhere. We had to use the dresser for our suitcases, bags, toiletries, clothes, and other holiday things. The balcony has a small drying rack but no pegs, so a swimsuit hung there is likely to end up on the ground. There are plenty of breakfast items, but the kitchen's French window is locked, so it's hard to get fresh air in there. It's a shame, since a few improvements wouldn't take much. We definitely won't be back.

Marta was attentive and so friendly, and the details throughout the apartment made it feel especially nice, from the contemporary furnishings to the service. Everything was spotlessly clean, and our room was comfortable during our two-night stay. The apartment had towels, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with dishes, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the place was heated well enough for winter. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we return to Cagliari. Highly recommended!
