I’ve stayed here, and while it’s very centrally located with parking nearby, there are some real drawbacks. The building is very old and hasn’t been renovated. The heating is very noisy and only in the bedroom, while the very dated bathroom and kitchen are freezing cold. There’s also nowhere in the bedroom to put a suitcase. The rooms are clean, though, and the owner is courteous.

The house is large and comfortable, in Cosenza’s historic center, and the host was punctual and courteous. The kitchen is modern. The bathroom could use an update, and the bedroom furniture is a bit dated. There’s no air conditioning in the kitchen, either. Apart from those things, top notch.

This is my third time coming back to the apartment in Cosenza’s historic center. It’s very clean, quiet, and well equipped, on the first floor. The owners are welcoming and attentive, making sure we have everything we need. Parking is easy and free in the little square below the building.

We felt right at home in this bright, quiet, clean, and super comfortable apartment, furnished with great taste. The staff were friendly and shared loads of information about exploring the area and visiting beautiful Cosenza. A fabulous experience.

We’ve never stayed in a better apartment. It was clean, nicely decorated, and the people were friendly. Just perfect!
