Apartment No. 1 is on the ground floor, attractively decorated, and has all the essentials. But the bedroom had a damp smell that was very hard to bear and made it difficult to sleep. The cleaning crew had left us wet towels, something I’ve never encountered in another hotel or apartment. After we told the building manager, we were given dry ones. I still recommend changing the cleaning company, since cleaning is such an important part of a stay. Maybe the unbearable bedroom smell is also due to their negligence.

The host Franco was amazing and helped whenever he could. He'd equipped the apartment with everything we needed and more, including towels and basics as well as handy extras like olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. The furnishing was nearly new and well maintained, and the place was perfectly clean. We had nothing to complain about during our five nights. The apartment is very quiet, with two really nice restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. You can drive to the beach in 10 minutes, and reach places like Sirmione and Verona in 45 minutes. There's a private garage too. We'd choose this place again anytime for a visit to Lake Garda.

Franco was a really nice host and left a basket of fruit in the apartment for us. The apartment was lovely, clean, and in good shape. It was also very quiet, just right for a few days away to properly relax. I'd definitely stay there again.

The host was very kind and helpful. The biggest surprise came on Sunday morning, when we found fresh brioches on the window behind the door. From the windows we could see the mountains and Lake Garda. The spacious apartment has large beds in both bedrooms, a big balcony for drying clothes, and its own garage, so we didn't have to get into overheated cars. In front of the house there's a terrace with tables and BBQ equipment, a lovely place to sit in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet, with no traffic noise. A small football stadium and a kids' playground are a couple of hundred meters away. There's a small market about a seven-minute drive away, and the big shopping center in Affi is 20 minutes by car.
