Mattia was always attentive and ready to help, and we got a warm welcome when we arrived. The rooms are brand new, stylishly furnished, and spotless, so we felt right at home. It's a lovely little place in a very quiet spot near Lake Garda. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.

Mattia was kind, attentive, and helpful, and gave us great suggestions for places to see and restaurants. The room had a fridge, kettle, teas, and a nice shower, with new furnishings that were tasteful throughout. Everything was impeccably clean, down to the soft linens, and the bed was very comfortable. A peaceful location, with Garda and Bardolino just 10 minutes away. Private parking is behind a handy automatic gate. Highly recommended!

The owners were very friendly, and the guesthouse was clean and tidy with new, well-equipped facilities. We stayed five nights in mid-June, and the cleverly designed children's beds made the kids happy. It isn't in the busiest area, but we found excellent restaurants and pizzerias nearby, plus fresh cherries at a good price from a nearby farm. Shopping centers and highways were close, and getting to Venice was easy.

Mattia, the owner, was friendly and always available if we had questions or wanted ideas for places to visit. The rooms had all the comforts, including a small refrigerator, and the layout was especially impressive. This recently built property has private parking and a garden in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle. A great base for excursions and attractions near Lake Garda. Highly recommended!

For a peaceful stay, friendly service, and walks along the lakeside, this is an ideal choice. Mattia was an impeccable host, welcoming and attentive, always available to chat or offer advice, and made sure we had what we needed. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and well cared for. Highly recommended!
