The owners make this lovely villa even better. They know the local restaurants and wine producers, and helped us plan some brilliant evenings and days out.

My dad wrote the song for the video, Max. This is the best place I've ever been to.

We were four couples at Villa Loreto, and had the most fantastic holiday. The pool is peaceful and lovely, with gorgeous views and enough loungers for everyone. The whole house was spotless, down to the drawers. It's beautifully renovated, with stunning surroundings and vineyard views. All four bedrooms have private bathrooms, and nothing felt missing. The thoughtful details made for a comfortable stay, from quality towels and linens to comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is very well equipped, including an industrial dishwasher and two large fridge freezers. With terraces all around, there was always a spot for sun, shade, or shelter. There are two grills for outdoor cooking, plus little lamps to take outside in the evening. Sandie made a perfect host, and everything from booking and payment to arrival went smoothly. The villa is private and has its own parking. You'll definitely want a car to explore the area. There's another house beside the villa with two apartments, so you can rent both places together if you need more space. Huge thanks to Sandie and Villa Loreto. It deserves all 100 stars!
