The staff were helpful and friendly, and even prioritized cleaning my room so I could check in early. Rooms were clean and good, while breakfast was basic but satisfying. It's well placed for skiing and just a short walk from the town center.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the old hotel has a beautiful view. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city center, which was convenient. The rooms were a comfortable size, but there's no AC, and one of our towels was very dirty. Breakfast was humble.

Alessio deserves special thanks for dealing with all my requests so professionally and kindly. I'm a picky sleeper with low blood pressure, and they brought the three blankets I asked for. My room was in great shape, very clean, comfortable, and everything worked. A few small issues were sorted quickly. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Dolonne ski lift. Staff suggested a nearby restaurant that turned out to be fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful, and there's a bar area for an evening glass of wine. The common area is cozy and nicely styled. I had an amazing two-night stay and recommend it.

We stayed one night in a Quadruple room as a family of four. For a three-star hotel it was generally fine, and the hot water worked well in winter. Bring your own shower items and dental kits. The simple breakfast was tasty, though mostly sweet, with biscuits, fruit, yogurt, pastries, and eggs. The coffees, including latte macchiato and cappuccino, were great. The front desk and other staff were exceptionally polite and helpful with directions. The ski lift up to the ski parks is about 200 meters away, and it's easy to walk through the short apartments.
