My room and bathroom were nice, and the room service kept things consistently tidy while I was out during the day. Some of my travelmates thought their mattresses were too hard. I also found it confusing to locate the laundromat. There’s no coin laundry in the hotel, and the receptionist first sent me to an address about 15 minutes away, though we later found one much closer. Breakfast choices seemed somewhat limited, but dietary restrictions may have affected my impression. I stayed this summer and found the experience okay overall.

The location is very central, and it’s good value for the money. Be sure to try the pizzas too, they’re great.

Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location and service were excellent too. There are lots of restaurants nearby, especially places with wood-fired pizza, which is a must-try. I highly recommend staying here in Cremona.

The location is great, within walking distance of everything and about a 15-minute walk from the train station. My room was okay, though the walls had lots of marks and could use a touch-up. I didn’t like that the air conditioning was controlled from reception instead of in the room. At times it got so hot overnight that I woke up and had to call reception to explain the problem and ask about the temperature. Everything else was okay.

The hot shower in the wet room worked well, and the breakfast was quick. The cheesy egg omelette was surprisingly good. I had booked an evening meal, but the bar and wine could only be paid for in cash, which was frustrating and brought my rating down to three stars. I was there for one night and paid the single-room supplement, so I was given a single room. It was basic, with air conditioning and a rear view. Once I drew the curtains, the bed was fine and I fell asleep quickly. The duvet was thin, but they provided an extra pillow. The paid drinks in the fridge and the coffee machine were a nice touch, as were the two complimentary bottles of water.
